You Scream, I Scream …

Over the Christmas festive season we ate a lot of food - and be honest, who didn’t! A stand out was this amazing ice-cream cake my mum made. She made it for the kids, but I think the ‘big kids’ loved it just as much!

There was a generous base of Chocolate Ice Magic, followed with 3 different layers of ice-cream - chocolate, strawberry and vanilla choc chip - and it was all topped with a pile of fresh fruit. We had strawberries, blueberries, cherries and grapes drizzled with more Ice Magic.

It had been a long hot day and all the kids had an early dinner and this was presented for dessert. The ‘big kids’ hadn’t eaten dinner yet but we all tucked into a slice of this amazing triple decker ice-cream cake - wouldn’t you?!
