Wanderlust Buenos Aires & Linky

This week Wednesday Wanderlust is taking us to Buenos Aires in Argentina, which like the tango is seductive and exciting and filled with an atmospheric old romance that is too hard to resist.

The different neighbourhoods all seem to exude different vibes – the trendy, the upscale and the modern. I’d love to wander Palermo for the markets, parks and outdoor eateries down cobblestone lanes; San Telmo for the Sunday markets and old cafes; Recoleta the affluent cultural hub and so much more. If I was to find myself in Buenos Aires I would go see a football match, listen to the percussion extravaganza at La Bomba de Teimpo (Image: Loqueva) , eat an authentic barbequed Asado (short rib), check out La Farmacia an old phramacy building turned into a restaurant, find the ultimate street food choripan (chorizo inside a fresh bread roll) and churros, Go see a famous Opera at the Teatro Colon and and try to resist singing the songs from Evita at Plaza de Mayo. Want to join me for Wanderlust Buenos Aires?
Aren’t chorizo and churros fabulous?

Can you tango?
