Crochet Toys

Some crazy bone in my body thinks I can crochet. Maybe I can blame it on my crazy nesting pregnancy hormones, as this is when it usually kicks in. I’m not very good at it but I love doing it. It is calming sitting down with a ball of yarn and a crochet hook and just twirling and poking away. Until I miss a stitch or lose count or screw up the pattern completely and have to call my mum to talk me out of giving up. After several hot cups of tea these are a few toys I made that have withstood the test of 2 kids now.

Unfortunately I cannot find the patterns for these ones but after a quick Google search I saw that there are heaps of patterns out there and some of them are even cuter then these. So much so that maybe this winter I might try making something else.
